Each stand package includes the stand space and, for every included team member, breakfast and lunch on all three days, the Networking Evening and a conference gift. Exhibitors may also include one flyer with every conference gift.

- Please register your team members by name by 23 October 2026. Name badges and catering are issued only to registered team members.
- Flyers to be included with the conference gifts (maximum A4, 150 copies) must be delivered to the conference office by 20 November 2026.
- The Networking Evening is a relaxed opportunity to connect with delegates, partners and fellow exhibitors.
Flyer Inserts
Organisations not exhibiting may include one flyer with the conference gift for N$500 / USD 35 (incl. VAT). Flyers (maximum A4, 150 copies) must be delivered by 20 November 2026. Content must be relevant to TVET and is subject to approval by the organising committee.
