Ms Ruusa Iitula-Hango is the Acting Manager for the TVET Standards Division at the Namibia Training Authority (NTA). With over 20 years of experience in the TVET sector, she specialises in curriculum development, instructional design, research, and quality assurance. She holds a Master’s in Education (Innovation in Learning and Teaching) from the University of South Wales and has completed specialised training in competency-based education, curriculum design, and policy implementation. Certified in DACUM facilitation and programme development, Ruusa focuses on aligning Namibia’s TVET system with global trends and industry needs, particularly in the emerging sectors.
