Ms Georgina Kozmon is an Advisor for Digitalisation, Educational Technology, and eLearning with GIZ Namibia and the Namibia Training Authority, driving digital transformation across the national TVET sector. She has led large-scale capacity-building programmes for TVET leadership, trainers and stakeholders in 50+ institutions, while also consulting at policy level to shape sustainable digital strategies. A multilingual professional with expertise in change management, she combines technical innovation with organisational development. Georgina is a PhD candidate in AI-driven Knowledge Management, a certified Systemic Business Coach, and the active spokesperson for the Digital Ambassadors Programme. Guided by the principle “digital transformation is 10% tech and 90% leadership, culture, and mindset,” she works to ensure that digitalisation strengthens not just systems, but people.
