Ms Bernadette Eunice Cloete is a Lecturer in the Department of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (DTVET) at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). She has more than 20 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, assessment, and academic coordination, including leading Teaching Practice programmes and curriculum reviews. She holds a Master of Education Sciences (Leadership and Administration), a Postgraduate Diploma in Open School Operations and Management, and a Higher Diploma in Secondary Education (Commerce). Ms Cloete is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Namibia, where her research focuses on strengthening TVET in Namibia through Public–Private Partnerships and evidence-based policy development. She is recognised as a TVET expert, with extensive experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, and the professionalisation of TVET trainers.
