I am Ralph Bussel, with more than 35 years’ experience in technical and vocational education and training. I have dedicated my career to advancing skills and opportunities in Namibia. As Director of NIMT, I draw on my foundation in Fitting and Turning and my experience in developing training facilities to strengthen Namibia's technical workforce.
