Mr. Ndakolute S. Abraham is a career educator with over 20 years of experience as a technology educator, policy implementer and project manager. Mr. Abraham has vast national, regional and international experience in the field of technology integration in teaching and learning, the development of digital learning environments in higher education and technical and vocational education, as well as the identification of training needs in the vocational space. He has consulted on a plethora of topics nationally and regionally. Mr. Abraham is a qualified educator, with under graduate qualifications in web based communication, graduate qualifications in science and technology education and certifications in electronic systems administration and the management of online electronic learning environment. Mr. Abraham is currently employed by the Government of the Republic of Namibia as a Deputy Director for Technical Vocational Education and Training in the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth Sports, Arts and Culture, leading the Training Division. In his current role, he oversee the development and implementation of TVET policies and the alignment of the Namibian TVET ecosystem with regional and international TVET systems.
