Mr Muvatera Ndjoze-Siririka is an education and training specialist with a special focus on Technical Vocational Education & Training (TVET) and Skills Development. These were gained both as Deputy Director: Youth Training & Employment as well as Director: Vocational Education & Training within the Public Service of Namibia. These skills were sharpened when I led a group of international consultants to reform the Namibian vocational education & training system and established the Namibia Training Authority (NTA). Key Experiences & Achievements • Has substantial experience as a Director in Vocational education and Training in Namibia since 1996 and has extensively traveled the world. • Conceived and Developed the Concept documents around the establishment of the Namibia Training Authority (NTA) • Drafter of the laymen’s Bill of the Vocational Education and Training Act, Act 1 of 2008. • Chairman of the Project Management Unit for the setting-up of the Namibia Training Authority (NTA) • Acting Chief Executive Officer, NTA, 2020-2023. • Designed & Developed TVET Curriculum for IUM, 2024 Education • MEd (Adult Educ): University of Manchester • Post grad.
