Education
Gunther Roeber has built a diverse career in agriculture, spanning commercial farming, advisory services, and agricultural education. He specialised in designing and facilitating training programmes, with a strong focus on experiential and competency-based learning. Since 2010, he has contributed to ATVET initiatives through the NTA and ProVET, including coordination of the ERASMUS+ SAS.ATVET project supporting the offering of Level 4 and 5 agricultural qualifications. Gunther holds a Master’s in Sustainable Agriculture and a National Diploma in ODETD. He is part of the DAPP Namibia team, supporting community upliftment and vocational training through the DAPP Vocational Training School.
