Mr Shindi holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Zimbabwe Open University, a Full Technology Certificate in Electrical Power Engineering from City and Guilds of London, a Certificate in Telecommunications from City and Guilds of London, and several certificates in assessment and moderation from South Africa. Alpheas is an accredited DACUM Facilitator and Facilitator Trainer from Ohio State University USA. Alpheas has regional and international experience, including Botswana, Malawi, Uganda, Nigeria, Liberia, Ghana, Kenya and Egypt. He has also worked in the Gulf, including Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. Finally, Alpheas has worked in Pakistan and Afghanistan, participating in the TVET reform and enhancement.
