Dr Oscar Chiwira holds a PhD in Economics, an MSc in Finance and Investment, an MSc in Economics, and a BSc (Hons) in Economics. He is the TVET Executive Coordinator and founding Dean of the Faculty of Commerce at BA ISAGO University, serving since 2013. With over 22 years in higher education, 15 in leadership and consultancy, he has led numerous projects across Southern Africa, including for the ILO, MITI, and BURS. A prolific researcher with over 28 accredited publications, he also serves on several boards, including HRDC’s Research, Innovation, Science and Technology sub-Committee and the Tourism Sector sub-Committee.
