Dr Kristofina Junias is an education specialist and researcher with a strong focus on curriculum design, assessment, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Namibia. She has played a leading role in developing and teaching innovative modules that prepare future educators, curriculum managers, and education leaders. Her scholarly interests include the sociology of TVET, curriculum design, assessment practices, and quality assurance in higher education. Dr Junias is committed to advancing equitable and context-responsive education systems that empower students and strengthen institutional effectiveness across Namibia’s higher education landscape.
