Dr Beatha Ndinelao Kapolo is a TVET practitioner and passionate advocate for the transformative role of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in advancing skills development and economic growth. She currently serves as Centre Manager of Nakayale Vocational Training Centre (VTC), where she leads institutional development, program expansion, and quality assurance initiatives.
Her career in TVET spans more than a decade, with extensive experience in governance, pedagogy, accreditation, and blended learning. Dr Kapolo holds two Master’s degrees—one in Education and one in TVET—and a PhD in Education Policy Studies with a focus on skills for global citizenship. She has contributed to national and international projects, including the EU-funded NEV TVET Hub, IGNITE Namibia, and the German-supported WaReNam initiative, bridging research, policy, and practice.
